用途：用于二维\三维螺丝棉、PP棉、碎海绵、公仔棉、普通中空棉进行均匀开散蓬松,充分搅拌均匀，自动填充到枕头靠垫类制品，只要一次性开松,适 合玩具厂、沙发厂、床上用品厂、家纺制衣厂使用；亦可以开松旧羊毛、羊毛衫、旧棉被等;配合充棉机可混合灌装纤维棉、碎海棉、鸭绒等填充物。

工程特点：
1、自动完成开棉充棉工序，两出棉口同时充棉，产量高充棉速度快；
2、利用大辊筒和多个小辊筒旋转咬合,1400转/分钟低转速运行,将原棉进行高达上万次的梳松整理,且不损伤原棉；
3、采用自动送棉装置，操作安全简便，连续作业时间长，维修率低；
4、无缝钢管主辊筒，加数个小辊筒结合作业，开槽缠绕进口专用齿条，主辊筒已做高速电子动平衡处理，左右误差仅为0.1-1克，保证机器运行更加平稳无震动，并且机器整体使用寿命更长，维护成本更低。
